General Information
- Our webshop caters to business customers and dental specialists (dentists, practices, laboratories). We do not sell to private individuals.
- Value-added tax (VAT) at the rate applicable on the day of delivery must be added to the listed prices.
- Unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing, we supply goods based on our General Terms and Conditions, even if your orders specify different delivery terms. Receipt of your written or online order constitutes acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions.
- The current prices in the webshop apply, subject to potential errors and misprints.
- Unless otherwise agreed, prices are ex-warehouse, including packaging.
- Agreed terms and payment conditions are valid for one year and are re-determined annually based on sales revenue.
- The specifications in the official data sheets always take precedence.
- Delivery dates and prices quoted by us are always ex-works.
- Returns are possible within 365 days.
Minimum Order Value
- There is no minimum order value.
- Prices shown in our shop apply only to online orders. For alternative ordering methods (email, fax, mail), we reserve the right to specifically calculate prices and handling fees. You will receive an order confirmation in every case.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
- We ship via parcel service, always as an insured shipment.
- We offer free delivery for net order values of €150.00 or more.
- For orders under €150.00, shipping costs are €7.45 net, including €1.95 for shipping insurance (gross total: €8.87 at the current 19% VAT rate).
- Delivery takes place within 2 working days.
- Should an item not be immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Subsequent deliveries are generally made free of charge.
Payment
- Payment for our delivery is due upon receipt of the invoice; the standard term is net 30 days. To minimize the effort for both parties, you are welcome to set up a SEPA direct debit mandate with us.
- In our online shop, we currently offer the following online payment methods: ING Home'Pay, Giropay, iDEAL, PayPal, VISA/MasterCard, and Klarna (Sofort Banking). Your account will be debited immediately.
Return costs and consequences of cancellation for business customers
- We accept returns or exchanges of goods in their original packaging within one year. This eliminates the risk of incorrect orders.
- In the event of cancellation, you are responsible for the standard costs of the return shipment, unless the goods delivered do not match the goods ordered.

- You bear the cost of the return shipment in the event of cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
